We wanted to have a fun family day before our son goes back to school, well we found out they stopped allowing coolers into park which was the first downfall. You can bring a water bottle or refillable water bottle and that's it. I went onto website to see how much they charge for food and drinks, no info online so let me tell you how much food and drinks are. We ate at Mango Joe's which they have bbq, you have a choice of bbq ribs $20.99 comes with choice of waffle fries or fruit, bbq half chicken $17.99 same side choice and pulled bbq pork sandwich $15.99 same side choice, food was good but definitely not worth that price. You can purchase a souvenir cup for about $22 which includes free refills all day but you have to wait in line to have it filled. Oh and they say they have a dress code but there were several women walking around with T backs on...most should not have been wearing this type of bathing suit. This is a water park with young children there's no reason why T- backs should be allowed to be worn inside the park. For a family of 4 with tickets included it cost us around $500 and we didn't even get to go on all the rides as we waited in line most of the time. So for a drive to Orlando Disney's water parks allow coolers and free parking and they have better water slides in my opinion.

This park was extremely disappointing. It was a terrible waste of time and money. It was completely overcrowded and parking was so far away from the park. By the time we got to the park we were exhausted from the walk. There were no more locker rentals and no cabanas available and not one single chair to sit on in the whole place. We had nowhere to put our stuff down, so one person had to stay holding it all while the others went in the ridiculously long lines. In the 3 hours we spent at this horrible place, my kids only got on 3 rides. The wavepool was broken! The family ride (that seats 4) had the longest wait time and they didn't explain there was a weight limit for the "group". After waiting for an hour and 20 minutes and carrying this huge tube up 7 flights of stairs with our feet burning, they wouldn't allow us all to ride!! The lines to get food and drinks were over an hour long. We decided to cut our losses and get the heck out of there. WHAT A WASTE!!!

We certainly regret to read about this disappointing visit and apologize you were unable to enjoy our park fully. On days of anticipated higher attendance such as weekends and holidays wait times for attractions may be higher than usual. Our ride restrictions are posted at the entrance of each slide prior to queuing for our guests knowledge and convenience. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on this experience. This place is gross!! So dirty! Paid extra for a cabana that was so filthy, I had to sit on 2 towels! There is nothing tropical and pretty about this dump! You would think being owned by such a huge corporation they would put a little money into parks that bear their name. Plus with so many other water park choices close by, but no. I guess they do not count on repeat visits. Will definitely not come back.
