Michael was an amazing tour guide! He was great at explaining the history of the area and the culture of the tlingit. Nice job having a veteran on staff.

Horribly rude stafff . The only mar to a wonderful trip . My first trip to Alaska and we have had a great time . Except for the horrible rudeness of the staff.

Did you take the Alaska Native Tour? We're sorry to hear about your poor experience. The Alaska Native Tour is with a guide, not a staff. Referencing staff suggests you are rating the Goldbelt Tram and have misplaced your review on the Alaska Native Tour. Try the appropriate link https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attraction_Review-g31020-d144194-Reviews-Goldbelt_Tram-Juneau_Alaska.html The Tram is an attraction on Mt. Roberts, and our Alaska Native Tour is a Cultural Tour on the waterfront of Juneau. They are uniquely different experiences.
