We have been experiencing strong attendance during the summer, even during the weekdays, which has resulted in longer than normal wait times, both to enter the park, as well as to enjoy the rides. We recommend that guests avoid peak days/times, which include the weekends and right at park opening, and consider purchasing the Turbo Pass, which allows guests to skip the lines at 15 different slides. The Turbo Pass also includes a free tube rental for the wave pool.
Regarding the cabanas, we are so sorry that you were given the incorrect information. Cabanas can indeed be reserved prior to your visit.
