We took a cab from airport to hotel and then walked to cruise port. The key is getting to the River Walk Mall. Once there go to the elevators on the right side as you look at the River. People are there to take your bags to the ship. They are rude and demanding and not in uniform but that’s the bag drop. Then we walked across the tracks and get on the ship. We were on Norwegian cruise and all went smoothly.
