I booked an ATV tour, was charged, and then received email confirmation I would receive my tickets within 48 hours. 48 hours came and went without a word. I finally called after the time passed and I was told sorry but no room for you. I just wasted 2 days thinking I was set so I did not bother looking elsewhere. Well, here I am in Maui with a disappointed family with a big hole in our day. Woe is me. At least glad to see business so good for them that they don't need o focus on customer service.

When a booking is made through a 3rd party company and not directly through Maui Mountain Activities we do not control what happens. Usually once a booking a made the 3rd party company must then contact us to either confirm the reservation or decline the reservation. Somehow the reservation was never called in to Maui Mountain Activities. Customer service is VERY important to us but if we are unaware a 3rd party company has taken your reservation there’s nothing we could have done differently especially when MMA was never contacted or even notified of the situation . We has seen this happen before and have added extra rides or even overbooked other rides to accommodate customers. We want everyone’s experience with us to be a great one.
