Boy, was this a let down, where do I even start? So, the directions given after booking is to park along the highway near their yellow sign. Wasn't clearly marked or instructed. We went down a road we shouldn't have, and ended up having to back up in reverse for a quarter mile because of their poor directions. Somone finally arrived late in a 6 seater UTV and told the 4 groups to follow her in our rental cars up the hill to their ranch. The driveway was awful and caused damage to our rental car wich we had to make a claim and pay for. Once at the ranch, the entire lot is covered in fecal matter from dozens of types of animals. Raunchy and disgusting. There were about 6 people running this days event, all appeared to be under 30 years old, wearing inappropriate clothing, smoking and vaping, and just basically unorganized. Once a waiver was signed, we were given helmets and goggles. I asked.if they were cleaned and sanitized and was laughed at. We got on our ATVs, they gave loose instructions on how to operate. Even tho we are seasoned veterans of the sport, they should have given more instructions for the beginners. We started our ride by them observing our riding on the driveway at very low speeds, back and forth a few times, telling us to make plenty of space between riders. Here's the problem, if you send everyone at once, there's no time to create space. I thought at the time it was no biggie cause it was a trial run, once on the trail I'm sure we would spread out. They finally took us on the trail and began our ride. The strap on the goggles they gave me snapped, luckily I had some shades with me. No one seemed to care. The guides weren't wearing helmets or eye protection. We were going at a snail's pace. So slow for no reason. Conditions were great, our group was confident, but ride was a waste of money. Once at a scenic stop, the kid gave a half assed speech about the land but kept turning away and saying things like he didn't know what to say. We went another half mile crawling, stopped for another one of the guides smoke breaks, and thankfully we headed back. No organization, poor instruction, unprofessional guides, crappy equipment, horse apples everywhere, not worth it and we feel robbed.
