It was fun to learn about the insects and then we had snacks made out of insects. The cookie was good. The butterfly exhibit was fun. Enjoyed the jellyfish and sharks. The aquarium is clean and cool. We all enjoyed ourselves.

We wanted to come here because we ready this was top 10 in the nation. We have been to many aquariums all over the world and I would say closer to the bottom 10. First the price is quite expensive. The parking alone is $35, we could have gotten away with the $25 parking but we were not to sure how long to take. We looked at every exhibit and read every sign and listed to ever recording, this still only took 2 hours with an 8 and 10 year old. The pictures are $35 for two sheets and a download. The worst part is WHY do organizations think that children all drink soda! I would gladly pay $5 for a bottle or apple juice or milk! We asked an employee if they could recommend a good place to eat. They sent us down the road to the market place only to find. Food court of fast food. We looked up online and Hilton hotel around the corner had a seafood restaurant. The customer service at the aquarium is horrible! Very unhelpful from the ticket center to the gift shops. The is one of the main reasons we came to New Orleans and we are very disappointed!

Hi Tere. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your recent visit to Audubon Aquarium didn’t meet your expectations, especially given the excitement you had leading up to your visit. We understand how frustrating it can be when a family outing doesn’t go as planned, and we regret that the pricing and parking situation didn’t offer the convenience and value you anticipated. Regarding beverage options, we strive to offer a variety of choices beyond soda, including water and lemonade, and we appreciate your feedback on expanding kid-friendly selections. We will share your concerns with our team to ensure we continue improving our guest experience. Once again, we sincerely apologize that your visit didn’t meet expectations. We truly value your feedback as it helps us grow, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
