Hi Carlos P, thank you for your feedback. This was a very unusual situation for Secret Food Tours and a misfortunate event. We have a strong policy in regards to contacting the guests beforehand if an issue happens and for some reason this didn't happen - we are changing our policies to sure this doesn't happen again.
