King was a great host. Started out at a bar where the drinks were $5 to get a good start to the night. Moved to a rooftop bar. Drinks were pricey, but well made, generous pour. We weren’t able to get a table when we got there, which lost a few points, but we checked out the view outside and took some pictures and by the time we got back we had some space of our own. The speak easy was a great atmosphere, the drinks were too strong for most of the crew. The dance club was packed a bit tight so we didn’t stay long there. All in all it was a great experience and worth the money. Met some good people and made new friends and we honestly wouldn’t have run through all these setting on our own and having some people to run around with and have a conversation with made it even better.

We are glad you enjoyed the night out. As a clarification for future guests, we skip the line at the rooftop lounge (and all other venues), but do not guarantee a VIP reserved seating area on the rooftop. We visit very high-end rooftops and those table reservations require a significant dollar commitment. We stay at each venue on the tour for about 45 minutes.

I booked on this tour at the very last minute as my plans had fallen through and I didn't want to stay in on a Saturday night in NYC! When I arrived, King made sure to introduce me to the other guests and when more newcomers joined we all got introduced. It was a small group of 6 of us which was nice. My favourite places were the rooftop bar with an awesome view and the speakeasy. I would recommend going on this if you are on you're own in NYC as you are made to feel welcome and it's fun to enjoy the bars with others.

So my best friend and I (early 40’s) met up with the group on Friday night; nice, diverse group of over 20 people looking to have a good time! Dan was our guide, nice guy but younger than most everyone on the tour. First stop felt like a college bar, lots of loud obnoxious younger people dancing and acting very drunk. One girl was outside vomiting. Drink “specials” as part of the group were $5 well drinks (no thank you, not interested in a hangover from cheap alcohol). Very loud so couldn’t talk to many people in our group, so we ended up outside talking to some of them. Most of us were disappointed, and we considered dipping out, but our guide assured us that the next rooftop bar would be worth it. Rooftop bar was a beautiful space but very crowded, and the “special” offered to our group was that we didn’t have to wait in line...no drink specials. I guess I assumed that with the cost of the tour we would be given drinks (other people in the group also had this assumption), so my friend and I ended up leaving after the second stop as we wanted to spend our last evening in NYC doing something we would enjoy.

We are sorry this experience is not what you expected, however it is the "Bar Rooftop and Club Experience NYC". Thus, the itinerary includes a bar, rooftop, speakeasy and club. We operate on weekend nights in New York City and therefore the patrons will be young people and the venues will get crowded. The empty spots are empty for a reason and we want to visit high quality spots where skipping the line is a major benefit. Many a night out in NYC has been lost waiting on a long line while the "insiders" cut in front of you. Finally, the ticket does include two complimentary drinks, but some purchase is required. Since you left after two of the four stops, you did not get all the perks of the experience. Hopefully, this response provides more clarity for future customers. This is a real night out in New York City in a vibrant neighborhood where the local New Yorkers go to have their fun.
