We had the most exciting and memorable time rock climbing in Joshua Tree. Our guide Murphy was fun, positive, and supportive. His expertise and safety measures made us feel capable and confident. Thank you for the thrill of a lifetime!

We had such an amazing experience in Joshua Tree and it was all thanks to Mojave Guides. Seth, the owner, was very professional and helpful in coordinating our booking, including letting us bother him on text with questions, even after hours. Very hospitable, friendly and professional. He also ensured to give us a competitive price for our private guiding trip for which they provided all of the equipment. Our guide, Murphy, was just extraordinary. He met us at our camp site in the early morning and led us to our first climbing spot. We’ve had a few guides before but Murphy was just something else. Easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable and a very good teacher. He adapted our trip according to what we were looking for as we went along. Everything he did he explained to us in clear detail. We worked on crack climbs, trad, handjams, repelling..you name it; and Murphy made it happen. We laughed and smiled so much our faces hurt by the end of the almost 9 hour day. And most importantly, we felt nothing but safe the whole time. I highly recommend this business and cannot wait to go back. I even created this account to say so! Rock on Mojave Guides.
