Middle Clear Creek is one of the greatest beginner rafting runs in the nation. With numerous rapids and historical significance, it is hard to deny the value. Although Clear Creek holds more rapids than most any other run in the US, the rapids of our Middle section are straight-forward and perfect for families with children or anyone else looking for something a bit easier. Rafters will also catch glimpses of Colorado's rich gold mining history and maybe even a miner or two as they splash down this unique stretch of whitewater.

This is a small family owned operation and everyone was so friendly. All employees were so friendly and helpful from signing in, safety talk, bus driver and the guides!! First time rafting and our guide, Ody, was amazing!! Great sense of humor, helped ease nerves and gave history along the route on the mills. Did a great job getting us down the creek with lot of laughs along the way! Would definitely recommend this company! Smaller, more personal feel than many of the larger companies in the area.

We had a great time! The water moves along at a nice, but gentle speed. There are several places that get a bit more bumpy , but it never felt dangerous or scary. Great for beginners! You and your shoes will get wet, but there are wetsuits and jackets available as part of what you pay for. Also, you can rent some water shoes from them if that’s a concern. Our guide was fun and friendly!

A well-run business. Did a great job talking through safety procautions. Lead tour guide was great! Mar was a fabulous raft leader! The beginners rafting was very much for beginners. Our 13- and 15- year olds would've preferred something a little more exciting! That's on us. Would highly recommend the beginners trip for families with younger children.
