Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.

Pickups begin between 7 AM - 7:30 AM, but all start times are subject to change depending on weather or operations.
Tour operator reserves the authority to cancel tours due to weather or insufficient passengers. Such cancellations qualify for a complimentary reschedule or full refund.
Tour routes may change in Death Valley due to National Park closures amid troublesome weather or unforeseen delays.
This tour is only available between 10/1 - 6/1, we do not run during summer due to excessive heat posing a safety issue.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.

Cash for any purchases and tips within certain visitor and tourist areas. Activities for younger guests to enjoy while between long periods within the vehicle.
Please note: you may leave your items in the transportation shuttle, but we are not liable for any damages or stolen property and goods.
There's no minimum age requirement. All guests need to complete a waiver; those under 18 require a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. Children under 4 must use a car seat, available for an additional $20.

In this below-sea-level basin, steady drought and record summer heat make Death Valley a land of extremes. Yet, each extreme has a striking contrast. Towering peaks are frosted with winter snow. Rare rainstorms bring vast fields of wildflowers. Lush oases harbor tiny fish and refuge for wildlife and humans. Despite its morbid name, a great diversity of life survives in Death Valley.
