There were a number of things that we weren’t happy with on this tour at all. Firstly, no disrespect for our tour guide, but she spoke in broken English and was hard to understand giving us times etc. She spoke to the people behind her in Mandarin from time to time and didn’t speak the same to us in English There was very little commentary at all. When we stopped At Snoqualmie Falls, the gift shop & visitor centre was closed….didn’t open until 10am and we were there about 9.15 for 20mins Plus she drove way too fast! There was no bottles of water available on the bus. We didn’t take any as we were on a tour the previous day with the same company and they provided some. Finally, after our last stop and on our way back to Seattle, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, but the driver said no, as that wasn’t on her list. That booking confirmation stated that we could be dropped off at “a location of our choice”….when we pointed that out, she repeated that it wasn’t possible….so we had to get a taxi at more expense.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are so sorry that you are not satisfied with the services you received. Sorry for not bringing you the best travel experience. The tour guide have stop Snoqualmie fall until 9:45. That was 45mins at here and she had let you know they have new time about gift shop, because she ran to another shop ask. The tour guide has some accents, and we will do our best to correct them. The vehicle is within the speed limit, but we will tell the tour guide to go as slow as possible, safety first. Regarding the pick-up point, we can only send you to one of the 4 pick-up points listed on the itinerary, thank you for your understanding.

Great view of Snoqualmie fall with many footprints. The vibe of Leavenworth is perfect and the homemade beer in Icicle brewing is wonderful. Also give thanks to our tour guy Duan for his nice arrangement and introduction on the views during our daily trip.

Once again we had to wait for a passenger, then we left and they were going to meet us at the falls. The Snoqualmie falls were spectacular...the passenger was late getting to the falls so had to wait a little longer there too. Why can't people be on time or we should leave when we r to leave. Leavenworth was also fun.
