Unfortunately, the confirmation only came 2.5 hours after booking. We then decided to go with a different provider and did not get the money back even after asking several times.

You can go on a discovery tour yourself by stopping at the stops. The ticket price is also OK. I would book 2 days to have more time to look at everything at my leisure. There are 2 routes in Los Angeles and one goes to Santa Monica. Highly recommended.

Lousy organization!! Buses that do not leave at the times indicated and are even canceled altogether! In these conditions, we were only able to make one route, with the last departures ending very early in the afternoon. We always choose this activity to discover a city, this is the first time where the experience has gone so badly.
