Is just OK. Busses are extremely noisy if you are inside. Engine noise drowned out conversation and lots of the commentary. We feel we were mis-sold a second day. I asked if we could use ticket the next morning before we bought the tickets. I was assured that services started from 0900, and that we would need to buy a 2 day ticket, so we did. We were not told that all busses start from the same point on the loop (ridiculous on a circular loop), so we arrived at the stop at 0845 expecting a bus shortly. Afterwaiting 30 minutes, I checked the small print to find that the first bus got to our stop at 1058! No use at all when rest of day was planned around an 0900hrs start. Also be aware that dusk tour does the same, and you will disembark ar far end of loop, and need an UBER ro get back to Capitol end

The Big Bus service was okay. We were able to do both day and night tours. Kevin was our night tour driver and he was excellent. Most of our information came thru listing to pre-recorded messages, but he added a whole lot during the two or three stops he made for us to get out for a few minutes. He had great insights into some of the memorials. The day time service was okay, but there could have been a little more customer/driver interaction.
