It was so much fun, this was my second time doing this big bus tour and both times the staff was amazing. Shout out to the amazing bus driver Ms. Gale, she had so much energy and was a very experienced driver.

Waited for an hour in the heat when it is advertised that buses will pick up every 15-20 minutes. Excuse was there was an accident in town, yet several other tours and transportation mediums seemed to pick up multiple times that follow the same attractions/routes.

Hi Miranda C, thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit. Unfortunately, yesterday there was a fatal car accident on Constitution Ave. This road is a main road on our route. The accident caused traffic to be at a standstill, leaving two of our buses stuck on Constitution Ave, and the remaining fleet, taking unexpected detours on to streets that were overcrowded due to the detour from the accident. Bus was not clean. No air conditioning on one. One had a water leak. Not all of the drivers were friendly. The open top made it easier to see sites. We didn't get any information on how to use our bike rental.
