Have a representative at stops to assist with questions. Ensure that voice recording works. Add fans on bus for long delays.

Carefree drive around central DC. Narrative was sparse and too much music. Would have enjoyed more identification of all the important buildings that we passed.

Seeing the monuments and getting on and off. It was hard to find the bus stops. The inside of the bus was too hot. The speakers crackled.

Hello Peggy! Due to our buses being open top, it can be very difficult to cool the downstairs as the cool air is constantly escaping out of the stairwell. Our buses do have AC but it's not like a traditional vehicle AC. Due to the fact that the bus is naturally open to the outside air it acts more as an airflow and only mildly cools the downstairs. You can always check our website page to see each stop address. We invite you to give it another shot in a different city or in Washington DC. Have a wonderful day!
