Our "Niagara Falls Trolley Tour" allows you to experience the 400 acres of beautiful state park and eliminate 75% of the walking from place-to-place. Your trolley tour includes a trolley pass, good for the entire day, to enjoy the convenience and access of the State Park Scenic Trolley. Your guide, from the moment you are greeted is with you delivering exciting legends, interesting facts and wonderful stories about the world's most famous waterfall. Also included is the ticket to Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds. Parking issues, traffic and access to the park are no longer a concern with our 4-hour guided "Trolley Tour".

I actually felt ripped off! We paid 184.00 for a trolley tour which included maid of mist and wind of caves. Your ad for eliminate 75% of walking is totally false. We could have visited the park on our own for half the price and still received the history. A ticket to the maid of mist was 28.80 x 2, the wind of caves 21.00 x 2 and the trolley was 3.00 x 2. That adds up to 106.00. Not sure what we paid 184.00 for? We rescheduled time at your request, our tour guide was late and he basically left us after he got us off the boat. I loved Niagara but was disappointed with your tour. Plus I tipped 10.00 just because it was the right thing to do. I would not recommend.

I am sorry that you felt this way. You did the trolley Tour and certainly should not have been left after Maid of the Mist. It is our practice to take people over to Goat Island on the trolley.

Jacob had lots of things to tell us and made some suggestions for us. The boat ride was wonderful. I feel that you have to do this if you come see the Falls. Cave of the Winds was ok. We got more wet than the boat ride.
