You will be picked up from the Las Vegas strip and travel about 45 minutes to Historic Boulder City, “The town that built Hoover Dam.” This charming town will transport you back in time for this self-guided tour. Enjoy antique shops, famous eateries, and the Boulder Dam Motel and Museum, with free admission and some fascinating exhibits about this unique city. Created as a worker’s camp in the 1930s, Boulder City retains much of the charm and feel from the first days of its creation.

Some of the many sites and activities that you can enjoy on your own are:
*Historic Boulder Dam Hotel
*Many antique shops
*Fun cafes wtih indoor and outdoor dining
*Hoover Dam Museum (free, located inside Boulder Dam Hotel)

We enjoyed our afternoon in Boulder City. Much calmer than Vegas. Quaint, neat shops and restaurants many with history dating back to the construction of the Hoover Dam. The old hotel/inn has a great Hoover Dam Museum/exhibits. Has a film at the end that is good too. Not only talks about the dam construction but goes into how the workers lived there in Boulder City. We were picked up at Treasure Island, not far from our hotel and dropped off at Boulder City. The bus driver was very hospitable and knowledgeable about Las Vegas and the Boulder City area. Most on the bus traveled on to the Hoover Dam. We were picked up on their way back and dropped off at Treasure Island. A definite must to get away from all the lights and stimulation of Las Vegas. If you have never seen the Hoover Dam, this tour is a great opportunity to do both!

Angela Smith-the bus driver-was an excellent driver, excellent tour guide & a very knowledgeable & beautiful lady! My husband & I were in Las Vegas, Nevada & we booked a couple of tours & Angela was our tour guide to Hoover Dam.

All I can say is AMAZING. Paulie was AMAZING, he kept a wonderful schedule, knew what he was doing and SO accommodating. I would go back on any tour with this company. Paulie was SO KNOWLEDGE!!!! VERY impressed and VERY happy. We had a bucket list experience for our 10 year anniversary!!!!! Thank you SO MUCH!!!!
