I thought it was neat that the actors and actresses helped clean up after the meal and keep drinks refilled. Heck, even one of them came over, got down on the floor, and cleaned up my daughters big lemonade spill not accepting any help from me. It was definitely a friend and family effort to make the entire experience a success which I was glad to support.
We sat at table 8/9 which wouldn’t have been our first choice if we could have looked at the room set up, but we bought our tickets less than 30 minutes before the start time so we couldn’t really be picky. The staff does their best to show everything on the TVs and include people from all over the room to be involved, but I would just suggest being closer to the stage if anyone has a choice. I think my kids would have been able to stay more entertained that way too. There are a few political jokes, but I didn’t mind them. They were true as far as I’m concerned anyways. ;)
If you’re extra sensitive, you might not be able to just ignore and this might not be the show for you. I found it extra funny at times too when you could tell they kind of went off script or goofed up their lines and just rolled with it hardly holding back their own laughter. I watched two teen girls in front of me nearly fall out of their chairs several times during the show. I recommend it!
