This is a walking tour of historic downtown Breckenridge, making outdoor stops at many locations, telling stories of our dark past. We will start at the south end of town and make approximately 7 stops on the way, finishing at the north end of town at the old Brown Hotel. We use ghost/spirit hunting equipment in our search for the energy that remains. Please dress warmly for this outdoor tour.

Fun and interesting walking ghost tour through downtown Breckenridge. Gail’s super friendly and knowledgable and didn’t seem to be bothered by our questions. Recommend for anyone interested in a little spooky history.

I've done ghost tours across the country, and this was one of the best. Gail knows her stuff, is super friendly, entertaining, and informative. We had so much fun and learned a bunch! Later that night we told our shuttle bus full of people to go do the tour!! Highly recommend.

A friend and I were able to escape for a girls’ night while in Breckenridge. We chose to do the ghost tour offered by Breckenridge Tours. Gail was our guide and she was immensely knowledgeable about the history of Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. My friend and I had a fabulously fun time on the tour. We will definitely do again (possibly with our kiddos) next time we’re in town. Highly recommend as a must do! You will learn so much about the area. Also, buy her book, Haunted Breckenridge. I’ve read the book in its entirety and loved every moment. She will also sign the book.

You are so kind! Taking the ghost tour has been a delight ever since I created it in 2010. I am also a history buff so it is a combination of passions for me! Breckenridge is a fascinating mix of the old and new and so I love to share its unique stories. I look forward to seeing you next time you are in town!
