Unfortunately, I had difficulty finding my tour group and missed the tour. I contacted my tour guide and he returned my messages that evening. He was understanding of my situation and we came to a satisfactory resolution. I booked more than one tour with this company during my stay in NYC. Even though I missed out on this on, I had a pleasant experience with the tour company and guides on both occasions.

The guide was very friendly however he did not speak English very clearly as he would not a native speaker. He spoke very quickly so sometimes difficult to understand if you are not a native English speaker. He took a lot of photos and gave more insight in the history of the construction.

We had a fun tour with John. Such a load of knowledge he has. Slow and breezy pace. Enough time to take pictures. Love love it!
