The eTicket may not be copied, transferred, or resold. Ticket is only valid for the person listed on the ticket. Ticket is non-refundable. Void if altered. Non-redeemable for cash. Photocopies will not be accepted. Bio-scan and photo ID required. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Remains the property of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Will be confiscated or revoked without restitution for misuse. Valid during normal operating hours. Blackout dates apply. Ticket expires one year from date of purchase.

We had an amazing time visiting today! Loved seeing all the animals. Park has the highest rating for animal welfare so I didn’t feel bad seeing them up close. Went on the safari and got to feed the giraffes. Gero was an amazing guide and is such a sweet guy. The rides were great, some had little to no wait, a few we were able to stay on a ride again (went on a weekday in October). The only downside of our day was riding kumba, which was way too rough a ride and is in terrible condition.

I visited 16 years ago and it was great. This time it was dirty and the park stunk of toilets. The staff didn't seem like they could be asked with any of the rides, no one was checking fast track so everyone just pushed in, The first ride me and my husband went on we both felt really unsafe, the restraints weren't checked properly the tracks were rusty and unmaintained, we have been on tonnes of roller coasters and we have never felt like that. There's no signage for the carpark no one directing you. The Q's weren't that long which was good I suppose, I understand there was hurricane Milton a week prior but they should not have even opened. Nearly all the rides were closed and it didn't say on the app, we only found out when we walked all the way over to the ride to find a sign at the entrance. We got a photo pass and it was the biggest waste of money ever! I do not recommend this park!

Staff not so friendly on the way in, no directions on where to go into the car park, the tram was really slow, when we entered the park none of the rides were shown to be closed or have issues, the app barley shows you wait times and they make you walk up to the rides before you find out if they are closed or not, we purchased the photo pass in advance which was a waste of money as most of the rides were either closed or didn't have a camera so we requested a refund as it was not worth the 56 dollar price, the park was dirty and had a bad smell in all areas, some of the rides felt really unsafe as the restraints were looser than they should have been, lots of rust on some of them as well and it seems maintenance isn't their top priority, but getting your money is. It gave us a feeling that they won't be operating for much longer with the way things seem.
