We were originally schedule to go on a cruise and it was canceled while we were heading to Florida due to ship delay arriving to port, so we changed plans and went to stay with a friends. They are season pass holders, so we went to Busch Gardens with them on 11/14/21. They talked us into buying season passes since we visit them often. We purchased (1) Gold and (1) Silver IN PERSON at the park. We were told we get six guest passes, plus mine had free preferred parking. We THOUGHT this was a good deal but NOPE. So we returned to the park on Sunday 11/21/21 with my daughter, her boyfriend And granddaughter, we went to the ticket window to get 3 guest passes and was told there are only 2 available. The other 4 expired! I said how can the expire, I just bought my passes a week ago. So Then of course come a piece of paper with dates . Showing how many tickets you get and when. I said I was never shown this. She said it’s a disclaimer online . I said I bought mine a week ago in person!! I did it bring my laptop with me. She said they should have told you. I said , they didn’t. The ticket lady said I’m sorry but it’s online also. So again , I bought them IN-PERSON. Why aren’t these dates disclosed on the picture outside your window. Her response, they are online. So beware of shady sales people here. After I told others in line not to buy season tickets without your laptop to find the hidden scams , not on their poster. We were offered 1/2 off ticket and a few fast passes to 2 rides. Way to go losers, great customer service with a scam.
