Our main reason for the visit was to experience the butterfly rainforest, which was excellent. The minute we entered the exhibit, we were entertained by tons of butterflies and many different species. The flora and fauna was also a delight, along with the water features.
Outside the exhibit, were displays of butterflies and a place where you can watch the displays of specimens being organized.
There is an admission for the butterfly exhibit, but the Natural History museum is free. The museum is well done and very interesting, displaying many Florida related exhibits. It was very well done and quite enjoyable.
Parking is $4 and close to entrance. There is a nice little cafe attached for a light lunch or coffee.
