Having Max as our guide made the day very pleasant and very informative. He is a great guy, and a real people person. Max took pictures of every person in our group with our cameras. He is the best!

The tour van was dirty and neither the driver nor the tour guide engaged the group in any sights of interest or informed us of the itinerary. The brakes on the van were in need of repair and I felt very uncomfortable with the driving skills. There are no bathrooms and the 20 minute stop at 7 magic mountains became 45. The tour returned a few to their hotel before continuing on our journey which added time but allowed a bathroom stop- only because I asked. We bailed at this point.

You are the first person who said it. So, we have no answer. Next time book a private tour. Maybe your problem is not with the vehicle, the guide, the driver. Maybe is because you prefer a vehicle and guide only for you.

For me it was when Robert our guide the whole time offered to take me & my partners pictures for us at each stop that was so nice.
