Amazing customer experience! Talk about going above and beyond! While on our way to meet up for our zipline adventure, we were in a car accident. Myself, my husband, my little boy, and our friend were T-boned and pushed into a telephone pole. We all went to the hospital to get checked out. When our friend's mom called the owner of Captain Zipline to cancel our reservation, the first thing he said is "how can I help?". He came to the hospital to check on us and gave us a ride to the car rental place. Not only did he show compassion and helpfulness in a time of need, he fully refunded us for our prepaid zipline adventure. We may not have gotten to zipline, but we had a truly remarkable experience with Captain Zipline! And we will be coming back on our next trip to Colorado.
