I paid $389 for a ticket to ride a Ferry over to Catalina Island and had my entire family dresses and excited to go. Got to the loading location where the Catalina Express told. Me they had no Ferries going over to the Island at all except at 2:30 pm and it was a no return ride for the the day😡 I had to make all new plans for my entire family, which being from Alabama and planning everything around this trip was extremely hard bc we had already seen everything we wanted to see prior to this trip. I asked for a refund and was told I have to call and talk to an operator in which the number they provide no option to speak to a real person is available 😡

Easy online booking. Parking available ($29.95) Indoor/outdoor seating. Couldn't hear the announcements from outside, but it obviously doesn't matter....Trip was approx. 1 hour. Took the 8:15am to from Long Beach to Catalina and returned on the 3:55pm.
