Billy was an incredible tour guide! So full of information, friendly and welcoming with a great sense of humor. This tour covered all the highlights of the falls with little known facts about the falls. Walking tour was at a comfortable pace and nothing felt rushed. Billy also knew all the best photo spots! Also, the hurricane deck at the cave of the winds is a life experience not to miss!

I can’t speak for this tour, I booked this tour on the wrong date. But as for the owner Nick he is a class act. He was very courteous and responsive to my cancellation. We also spoke with another tour guide in the area and He only had great things to say about the tour and the guides. If we had been in town for one more day I would have gladly rescheduled because of how pleasant and courteous Nick was!

Sam was wonderful and entertaining and full of knowledge. I enjoyed the story of the maid of the mist. And the cave of the winds itself was magical and amazing.
