Really poor customer service - like really really bad. Bike tyres mostly pretty worn out, one badly so and one tyre was badly under inflated. Bike pickup is not an easy walk to the park and the staff give no help or advice - they don’t make sure the bike is set up for you which is potentially dangerous or that you know where you are going or what you are doing. It’s also worth saying again how terrible the staff are. Everything is too much trouble for them. If I was renting again (and we loved riding in the park so we will be) I will try elsewhere. Having read other reviews here people get a stale response of ‘we apologize and hope we have the opportunity to serve you in future’ It’s easy to type these words in response to a bad review but it’s clear that they have no interest in changing given the volume of bad reviews. You won’t be getting my business in future.

The staff is very unfriendly , and the price is very high. It was the first rental bike I saw and rented my bike there. The surprise was that in Central Park you can find much more lower prices. Also in the web page of this business is much lower.
