Had a great 2 hour tour. Biking was a great way to see Central Park and with a tour guide it made it even more interesting. It was such a beautiful time of year to do this tour; therefore, will be one of the most memorable events that we did on our trip to NY.

This was my favourite activity during our 7 day stay in NY. Our tour guide (Stan) was extremely knowledgable and gave us all the facts of the various locations we cycled to. The group was small (only 4 of us) which was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would definitely recommend it. Bikes are comfortable and easy to operate (gears etc) and they help you set up your bike to the correct height. The cycling was not exhaustive and barely any hills for any non-biking fans. This was really fun and a fantastic way to see central park.

My wife and i booked the 10am central park bike tour this morning with your company. It started off ok. Until thousands of people doing the breast cancer walk were arriving at the park. This made travelling and enjoying all the park has to offer very unsettling, shorly your company would have known that this event was on and that we shoud have been told . Upon receiving our bikes this morning we were never offered a helmet, or demoed how to operate the controls. I chose this comapny thinking it was the best. Hence why i did not go with another company. Thirdly 5 min from the end, our tour guide completely urinated himself making a very embarrassing awkwarwd situation. So basically i am asking for a full refund due to the disastrous circumstanes we had to endure. NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. DO NOT use company I was told repeatadly basically tough luck for your bad experiance. Regards shannon.
