We rode on Christmas Day, and there were no formal tours offered. The shop delivered our e-bikes to our hotel on Christmas Eve, worked with the hotel to make sure the bikes were charged and ready to ride, came to the hotel to show us how to use the bikes, and then returned December 26 to pick up the bikes. Each bike came with a water bottle, a rain poncho, and gloves.
I honestly cannot remember the last time I have experienced such amazing customer service!
And the bikes. Oh, the bikes. One of my lifelong dreams had been to ride on the beach. We rented the fat tire beach cruisers, and this girl got to ride on the beach! It was so fun. The bikes were simple to operate, powerful enough to get us where we wanted to go, and a joy to ride. I had never used a throttle, and it was an extra added burst of power.
Ty, the owner, provided us with his cell number, so that if we did happen to run the batteries down, he could remotely unlock the van at the shop so we could swap out the batteries. All this on Christmas Day, mind you. Also, the bikes were fully charged when we began our ride, with all 5 battery bars showing. We rode a total of 30 miles over the course of the day. When we ended our ride, we STILL had all 5 bars. I own a Trek e-bike, and I spend much of my time worrying about running out of battery. This will most certainly not be a problem with the bikes from Rebellion Roads.
I recommend doing business with Rebellion Roads.
