Fun walk around the Italian market with a true member if the neighborhood. More eating than walking. Interesting stores in a beautiful neighborhood

Absolutely wonderful tour! We got to sample some amazing food, see the beautiful area of the city , learn about its history and spend the day with our lovely tour guide. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to eat well and learn!

Chef Jackie was great. She is very knowledgeable about Italian cuisine though this is not where her expertise ends. She is a walking encyclopedia on Italian history in south Philly. It’s lovely to watch her interact with the locals of the area which adds an air of authenticity to the tour. We loved the tastings which were selected carefully to cater for all types of audience. We visited some really eclectic stores which enabled us to buy stuff that we would not ordinarily do at other places. Over all a five star experience. Really appreciate having her on the tour.
