I usually do not leave reviews, but it did not feel right my experience, we have not even used our tickets.
We are from California, and I booked this tour online for the 5 of us on 7/25/21 for a tour Aug 5, 2021 , from a link on my sister's wedding website. By the glowing reviews everywhere else, I booked right away. But since the rising surge of covid cases in CA and everywhere, we decided to cancel attending my sister's wedding in Chicago, and I called Wendella explained our situation, if we can please request a refund for these unused tickets and the gal said flatly no. It does not expire, she said, but no refunds. Who knows if we will be able to go in the future? I know it is very simple to process a refund, but no. So, unfortunately, for not treating a customer right, I give this company the lowest star.
