I really wanted to love this show. This was our 2nd valentines days as husband and wife and the trip to NYC was also an anniversary gift from my husband. We currently live in MIami and I personally have never been to a Broadway show. The show was amazing, at least the first half of it. The theater is very old, the seats were so uncomfortable. I am not a tall woman or have long legs but I felt like my knees were hitting the seat in front of me the whole time; much worse that in a tight flight. During intermission every woman in the entire theater needed to use the restrooms; this theater was so old that only had one restroom with 5 stalls to serve the 15 minutes intermission. The line was huge, but the time I got to the stalls the orchestra had started the second half. Needless to say but the time I got out all the lights were off because the show had already began. I was so upset that we had spent so much money on these tickets to get uncomfortable seats, which seem to be the case of ALL of them, the usher moving us from the original seat she told us to seat down out, and we were not the only ones she had to move multiple times because she want familiar with the seating arrangements, as well as the over 15 minutes line for the lady’s restrooms. Me and my husband left right after the break due to the frustration and the uncomfortable of this place. I want to believe that CHICAGO had not always been at this theater because the reason why we went to watch it was due to its great reviews. Too bad we couldn’t withstand the place or the long restroom lines. It was really hard to believe that a place of that magnitude only had 5 stalls to serve all the ladies attending the event. What a disappointment !!
