The original food tour of Little Italy and Chinatown since 2009 explores the tastes and history of two diverse NYC neighborhoods. This woman owned and operated business ensures that animated and friendly guides allow their guests to learn these neighborhoods through fascinating historical stories and culinary delights. There are 2-3 seated tastings and 5-6 on-the-go tastings to ensure that you explore both neighborhoods in 3 hours. We can accommodate guests who are vegetarian and gluten free. Water, tea and a choice of wine or beer is included.

The delicious food tastings range from delicious dumplings to a sit-down authentic Italian meal. For guests 21 and up there will be an option to have a glass of wine at the seated tasting.

One leaves this tour fully satisfied, along with a new found confidence in navigating the neighborhoods with a provided recommendation list in hand. This tour is a must if you're a local or visitor looking to get off-the-beaten path and taste amazing foods.

Liz was a wonderful tour guide. She shared her extensive knowledge in an entertaining manner. She was willing to entertain any questions we had. I am glad the weather behaved for being so late in the year. The tour was well organized. Thank you

The food stops along the tour were the perfect balance of flavors from Chinatown and Little Italy! We had a few sit down stops and a few standing stops. Went with friends in the fall while the weather was gorgeous.

If you are looking for a great tasting experience this is not the tour for you. The restaurants highlight were not a good representation of what NYC has to offer. Notably, the gnocchi and the duck were in eatable. Additionally, we had to sample most of the food standing outside of the restaurants/stores. Luckily the weather was good. However our tour guide, Marianna, was fantastic! She was very informative and knowledgeable about the history and the neighborhoods. She made you feel like you were transported back in time. She made the experience enjoyable.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to learn that you enjoyed Maryana and her knowledge. We are sorry to read that you did not enjoy the food, the majority of our customers give us the opposite feedback. We do specify that to enjoy the neighborhoods in 3 hours’ time and taste 8 tastings, there are some tastings taken on-the-go, which is standard practice for most NYC food tours. We do however have two seated tastings in the beginning and at the end of the tour -- a total duration of almost an hour. Again, we are sorry you did not enjoy the food tastings.
