Paying for the trolley service has been the worst experience of all our travels, I selected a online date in Jul 2022, but when I checked the confirmation it said a date in June 2022. I called the office phone but all I got was a recording that said "don't leave a message" and to send a text instead. I sent a text saying their online booking gave me the wrong date, so please move the reservation to the future correct date. The text came back saying "No transfers" What?? I am not transferring my ticket to another person, not asking for a refund, just asking that they put the correct reservation date on the tickets that I purchased (all this by text). I texted them saying will be processing a case of fraud against them.
