Tour guide was upbeat and well informed about Miami culture and landscape. The cruise was equally informative and festive. Overall, it was a great day!

We were charged $15.00 per person additional charge for being 5 mins late. We called and they said no problem we will put you on the next bus and never said anything about the additional charge, very poor

Bus arrived 75 minutes late. There wasn’t clear instructions regarding late bus departure. There was no clear information regarding bus to cruise and back to bus. Bus was again delayed by 30min after cruise trip to drop off location.
