The employees of the bus tour were uninformed, rude and unorganized. The tour guide gave very brief snippets. The intercom system made it difficult to hear. They clearly need more training in customer service. The cruise was very enjoyable. The guide Ricky was fun and engaging. I would not recommend this specific tour.

The bus and boat tour was great. The first stop was perfect timing for light snack and then on to Little Havana. We stopped in Little Havana and heard some great live music and was able to buy cigars. We say the top and although a little crazy we still had a good time dodging tress lol😂 The guides on the bus and the boat were great and provided cool info on the tours.

This is a good tour to see a lot of Miami if you only have a day. The bus tour was good but the boat tour was better, although the boat was a bit crowded. The stops along the bus tour were just designed to just get us to spend money. The tour was good for the price we paid. Lots of waiting.
