I had a great time. The bus ride was interesting and informative. The boat tour was a in the harbor, so nothing that would upset the less seaworthy people. While the tour was fine for me, the friend that I traveled with did not have as much fun. The tour buses, both of them, did not have AC and the humidity was causing her asthma to act up. She was using her inhaler every 4 hours and she was still uncomfortable. The gas fumes in the buses, both of them, did not help.

Where do I begin? No communication on the near hour start delay. Left to sit outside with no word on why or how late the bus was gonna be to start the tour. Then we were taken through a non tourist backroad to get to a non-descript place on the “historic Miami river” for about 30-40 minutes for no real apparent reason. Just nasty coffee and broken game machines. I did this tour awhile back and we got to see Biscayne Bay and Vizcaya Gardens - because of this unnecessary stop that seemed nothing more than a joint cooperative between the tour and whatever these businesses had to gain more money from us as passengers. Then we took a tour to Little Havana that was so utterly despairing we would have been better off taking an Uber to these spots ourselves and doing a self-guided sightseeing venture. After this, the tour guide had the audacity to scoff and passive aggressively temper tantrum as some did not tip afterwards, but there was no option for any digital payments that would have made the option much more convenient and easier as who carries cash so readily anymore? Also, while I understand his duty being somewhat helpful, the tour was unworthy of any further payment as everything was severely lacking. We could not hear the guy, being on the upper deck and his information was very lacking and left much to be desired. None of this is really the guide’s fault, but whoever owns this business needs to take all accountability as the fish always stinks from the head. The boat tour was nice. As a cherry on top afterwards, the bus motor stopped working after the boat ride and left everyone stranded. I felt bad for those who had kids. We ubered back while regretting this decision.

Traffic was horrendous, but no fault of tour company. There were stops that were removed from tour because of the traffic. There has to be a way to accommodate for traffic and to allow for the scheduled stops. Figure it out. The stop at the River for lunch was unorganized. There was no toilet paper in the restrooms, one toilet was clogged. When I approached the so called manager and told him there was no toilet paper he advised they ran out. Just ridiculous. The pizza was disgusting and tasted like school pizza. The Cuban sandwich was good. Manager didn’t care about customers. Stopping at Bayside to allow for lunch would be better. We were then dropped off at Bayside with no direction. We received tickets for boat tour and had to find out where to go. No direction from tour guides. I will not recommend this tour.
