Fantastic time! 100000% worth it. This is the tour to do if you want to get away from the nose-up, expensive Los Cabo(s) (there are two of them!), and get to the real Baja California Sur. La Paz is magical and I would choose it over the Los Cabos easily. Todos Santos was an amazing small village that I believe everyone needs to see if you make it all the way down there. Our pick-up was at 3:30am- IT IS WORTH IT!!! Just sleep in the van, otherwise, you will not see these secret, amazing parts of the peninsula. Our guide, Manual, was not only a literal "manual" on the history and info of the locations, but we connected and spoke to each other on a friend-level and he is really an amazing dude. I recommend this experience for DAY ONE for anyone COMING DOWN THE PENINSULA!

1. Transfer bus to main bus did not have working seat belts for one person in our group. 2. Driver did not have proper registration to enter Balandra Beach Nature Reserve and the entire group had to wait 15 minutes for another driver to transfer the group into the beach. 3. Driver did not manage group time at beach and resulted in 30-min departure delay, including 4 group members the were escorted out of the park by police with a gun turret truck because driver still couldn’t enter beach for pickup. (No tour group should witness this ever.) 4. No apologies given whatsoever.

Seat Belts: We understand the importance of safety and are sorry that one of your party members did not have a functional seat belt on the van This issue will be addressed immediately to ensure all vehicles are fully equipped for the safety of every passenger. Driver Registration: We will review our protocols to ensure that all required documentation is verified before each trip, to avoid any future delays. Group management and delay: We sincerely regret that the driver did not properly manage the group's time, this is not the experience we seek to offer. We will address this situation with the driver to ensure better time management and a smoother experience for future tours. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
