I booked this a few months ahead paying in full plus a tip. The day before I was scheduled, they called to cancel and reschedule me because of bad weather the following day. The weather the next day was BEAUTIFUL. Anyway, on the day I was rescheduled, I showed Up with my 8 year old son at 7:50am. The parking lot attendant confirmed I was In the right place. I waited Until 8:30am and nobody showed up. I called Multiple times and left messages. No response. I still Haven’t heard anything from them. I don't Know how they are in business.

We totally understand your frustration. We did reach out via phone approximately 1 1/2 hours prior to your tour and left a voicemail . We are so sorry to hear that you didn’t retrieve it before your tour time. If the winds are predicted to be above our safe paddling limit, we always reach out approximately 1 1/2 hour prior as to prevent any guests from reaching our location before the tour is canceled. Although the weather may be beautiful, the wind, unfortunately, is often not on our side and we have to cancel for the safety of our guests. If you would like to reschedule, we would love to have you as our guests. Again, we apologize that we were unable to connect with you prior to your tour and we hope you can join us another time soon.
