We didn't go. It got cancelled and 5 days later still no refund. Reached out but still haven't heard anything.

Arrived at the location 30 minutes before scheduled time. I then received a text after driving an hour that the tourist cancelled the tour. Should have been notified way earlier in the day so I didn’t ruine a day planning around this schedule. Sucks because i was on vacation & couldn’t plan anything else because it was so late.

We apologize for the tour cancellation. We absolutely agree an early notification is best. In this particular situation our tour guide called in sick right before the tour. We had to, unfortunately, cancel the tour due to the extremely short notice we received from our guide. However, we did speak with you over the phone and not only issued you a full refund we even issued you complimentary tickets for your group to join us on our San Antonio Ghost Tour. During our call, you were indeed satisfied with the resolution we provided. Thank you for your feedback.
