This is probably a grey Troy However it is activated by location and given that there is no cell range or gps available in this are for either our Verizon or AT&T phones we couldn’t access the tour

Hi there, When you booked through Tripadvisor, we sent you instructions via email and SMS. In these instructions, we recommend downloading the tour before you set off for the starting point. VoiceMap tours work offline, but it's best if you download your tour using a strong WiFi connection. Then, when you're en route, you can take the tour 100% offline. Enjoyed the area history and information on current industries. Would have liked to have some information on the flora and fauna. Overall very interesting

It was a terrible experience. It wouldn't work. When I called the customer service there were no help and I should have known better because it was an 100% no money back. Don't buy it from here. You can buy it from other sources like voice map. It worked great from them but I had to buy it twice
