Immediately the tour guide, Tal, established a very welcoming experience. Throughout the tour Tal had a very effective way of speaking. He could be clearly heard without appearing to be shouting. Tal made the experience interesting and it went by quickly. Tal was very impressive and really seemed to enjoy what he was doing.
