We enjoyed the tour however there was a mixup on where to meet the car. We weee told to meet at berth 2. Our ship can in to a berth miles away so we had to shuttle and walk. The tour guide said he would have met us at our boat. We lost about a half hour.

We’ve had problems dealing with Norwegian tying up 9 miles out of town. We pick up where the shuttles drop off at Berth 4 in town and head straight out for the wildlife which you can’t picking up out where they tie up at. Mis communication so sorry☹️

We were instructed to meet the tour operator at birth 2 which meant we had to take a shuttle from our boat to birth 4 then walk at least 10 minutes to get to north 2. Our driver then told us he could have picked us up at our boat which would have saved us about 30 minutes. Poor communication between aviator and the tour guide. We enjoyed the tour and the guide was knowledgeable but the tour was only 2 hours instead of 3 hours because of the miscommunication about the pickup location.

Ncl docks 9 miles out of town and sometimes doesn’t let their guest know they have to shuttle into town. We usually pick up right where the shuttles drop off so we can head straight out to the wildlife which is totally opposite direction from where Norwegian ties up. So sorry about everything and hope you can make it back sometime.

We loved our time with Jason! Me and my family came all the way from Brazil to get to know Alaska and our first day in the state was amazing. We got to see bears, eat wild berries, salmon spawning and totems.
