Coldwater Excursions

Take in the sights as you are guided down Holmes Creek to a beautiful fresh water spring, Cypress Springs, in a canoe, kayak, or on a stand up paddle board (SUP), depending upon your preference. Your guide will be with you for the entire trip to set up and demonstrate all of the gear and to help you maximize your experience at Cypress Spring. We can’t say enough about this experience. From the kayak trip to and from the springs to the spring itself, this was a fun time. The spring was crystal clear and a great place to snorkel and view the aquatic life. The water was a beautiful blueish hue, and made you feel like you were in a very unique spot. The provided kayak, snorkel gear, go pro, lawn chairs and lunch made it so easy to participate. They literally do everything for you, just show up and have fun. A great experience for families.

I booked this tour for 3/13/2024. I received a call on 3/11/2024 starting that it had rained really hard and the springs were flooded which made the water really murky and asked if Instill wanted to go, move to another date and/or location or if I wanted a refund. I requested refund due to our travel dates. I have made contact multiple times with tour company and been told the refund was issued but I have not received it yet after multiple attempts. Filing with the CC company now and will not use this company when we come back to PCB.

The description of this tour is very deceiving. You will not be kayaking the entire time. We kayaked to a very small spring that took less than 15 minutes, and the rest of the 5 hours we were expected to swim around this tiny area. We were beyond bored. My husband asked if we could take the kayaks out and paddle around and was denied.
