Driver showed up at 709 I came at 710 which was time we were to be picked up. He was gone. I called and called immediately with no answer. Called office and was told there’s nothing we can do. I provide screenshots of the times as proof I was on time. Never got any calls back and no refund .

Our tour guide Richard was very good. He explained what we were going to see during the tour. He was always on time and courteous. I would recommend this tour to our friends. For the money we paid, we felt it was well worth it.

We just loved the horse and carriage tour of Charleston's historic district. Very informative and enriching. The Boone Hall Plantation was a moving, informative, and also relaxing way to spend part of our day. The Gullah presentation is outstanding and the history lecture was incredible. Such well-traveled presenters and guides. We also took the optional tractor tour around the entire Plantation Gives great meaning to the term "working plantation'. We would have given a higher rating except for a poor experience with a bus driver who left us behind in downtown Charleston and wouldn't respond to my urgent phone calls that we needed assist finding the bus! This caused us to miss Charleston Harbor and Fort Sumtet. We will get a partial refund. In more than 45 years of travel on all types of tours, we were never left behind or missed a bus/meeting time. Had to call.tour company 3 times to get picked up
