Your highly experienced pilots possess the skills and knowledge to take advantage of the unique airstrip location just outside the road entrance into Denali NP. 99% of the flight is within Denali National Park, giving you a comprehensive tour of its wild and majestic beauty. Fly among jagged mountaintops and over tumbling glaciers on a stunning 200-mile flight to get within ½ mile and circle Denali to see every spectacular corner (weather permitting).

Special Note(s): This tour is headset equipped, fully narrated and all seats are window seats on twin engine aircraft. Precise flight routes are dictated by current weather conditions. Anticipated flight routes will be discussed with passengers during a pre-flight briefing. Flight time is 60 - 70 minutes.

Denali (Mt. McKinley) is 80 miles away from our airstrip. Weather conditions at the Mountain will often be different from those in our area. Please feel free to call for the current pilot’s reports but know that we do not make decisions based on weather until about an hour before flight time. We will always send a driver to pick-up locations with the most up-to date information at the allotted pick-up times. Exact route and specific sights are weather dependent but due to our airstrip's unique location, we are able to access either side of the Alaska Range when others cannot. We have the highest success rate of showing Denali to our guests of any tour option, anywhere.

I wished to see wildlife below as well as beautiful Denali and the amazing glaciers. We did get to see the beaver dens. Our pilot was experienced and gave us the smoothest possible ride and provided good angles for photos.

An absolute must do trip if you are in Denali. It was the best experience we had in Alaska. Experienced firm who know exactly what they are doing. Very helpful and friendly check-in. Our pilot , Bob, was amazing. So experienced and knowledgeable. He warned us in advance that it was going to be bumpy due to the winds. Make sure to tighten up the seat belt. He Pointed out the free plastic bags for personal use in the back of each seat. It was a wild roller coaster around Denali but absolutely worth it and felt totally safe with Bob at the controls and a strong, old plane. The views were breathtaking and he made sure that both sides of the plane saw all the great views. Some found the turbulence a bit too much and the lady behind us had to “borrow” both our bags as well as her own and her friends!

Competent pilot (Dan) and lucky weather got us a full all around flight of Denali South and North peaks...spectacular views. Pilot familiarity found us all the best views (again, owing to cooperative weather) and top-notch narrating en route... it's pricey, but you gotta do this!
