It was super easy to get a ride scheduled and paid for. My hotel had the flyers at the front desk and I needed to get into town to meet some friends for dinner. The person on the phone was super helpful and Denali Transportation Service got a shuttle sent to my hotels lobby within 10 minutes. I paid online, so it was quick and easy. The driver was super friendly and gave me a few good ideas of things to do in the area during the rest of my stay. 10/10 recommend these guys.
